The information provided on our website, throughout coaching sessions and within our programme(s) is not commercial, financial or investment advice. We are not liable for any losses incurred by yourself when using our website or interpreting strategies or information within our programme(s). You accept full responsibility for any information obtained from ourselves which you wish to use.
We do not hold a UK Financial Services and Advisory license.
Website Usage
We retain the right to publish testimonials whereby we obtain expressed permission from our clients to publish their feedback along with their name, image and testimonial. Please note that testimonials are personal to the individual and do not act as a guarantee that you will obtain the same results as other clients have.
We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to use the Website in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this agreement however any breach will result in termination of this. Terms of Purchase
These terms and conditions provide you with information about the terms of agreement between you as customer and us as seller, in relation to the sale and purchase of coaching services and programmes.
All services are outlined on the website (www.theselfemployedcoach.com). They consist of Zoom calls and check ins via email or whatsapp. Suggested tasks and strategies will be agreed upon these zoom calls whereby You agree to complete the actions agreed.
Should you wish to terminate contract before any of our packages have finished you must write to us within 14 days of purchase and signing the contract. Once programmes are commenced then refunds are not permitted as the services are purchased as a whole product.
Payment Terms
You must pay Us the agreed amount for the services or programme in which you sign up within 7 days after the invoice date, unless stated otherwise on the invoice. Services or access to programme(s) information will not commence until payment is cleared.
Payments can be made in instalments for services or programmes however this must be agreed prior to signing the contractual agreement to engage our coaching services.
All services and programmes purchased from us are chargeable in Great British Pounds. We are not liable for exchange rates or any fluctuations in exchange rates when working with clients overseas.
Refund Policy
If you, the client, has purchased a business coaching package there is a "no refund" policy in place once the coaching engagement has commenced. The client has invested in a coaching programme as a whole, not as individual sessions, and pricing is reflected accordingly.
Due to the nature of our online programmes and the fact that information is given that cannot be retrieved, courses are purchased on the understanding that they are non-refundable once content has been downloaded and used.
All requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of purchasing one of our programmes as per consumer law. All requests must be put in writing to info@theselfemployedcoach.com.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and to be construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Terms which will continue in full force and effect.
